Just read on DrudgeReport about Mayor Guilliani saying "we began planning for this about 2 or 3 years ago."

Now lets see. If that is true, it means someone would have had to give them the idea to do the plan. That would probably take the time frame back another half year. Add to that, that the Feds would have been there first. That takes it back even further.

Which means at least 1996, probably earlier.

Question; Guilliani is beginning to prep a 'state of the art' bunker pre-96', BUT until last month (I think) official recommendation is to prepare for a 3 day storm? (I Am Yelling Here!)

There are a lot of examples here, but one in particular I am reminded of. When they destroyed Yugoslavia, what did they use an excuse? And to cover up what? With the end result being?

This (Y2k crackdown and alert status) is just a part of the plan. They never did want it fixed.

Deat Minnie--We didn't destroy 'Yugoslavia' we just messed up Serbia pretty good. The reason for this was cessation of the genocide of Kosovar Albanians living in Kosovo. Minnie, genocide is a bad thing and very precisely defines the moment when intervention is necessary. Yes Clinton is a liar/lawyer and has absolutely no moral center but I bet that if you asked tens of thousands of people who were not butchered because of our/nato intervention they would say thanks Bill.

I for one ame still waiting for those 11,000 dead Kosovars to be discovered. What do you do with 165,000 pounds of flesh and bone? (average weight of 150lbs per body) We have been had ladies and gentlemen. There was no Kosovar genocide.

I've heard these mixed reports outta Yugoslavia as well. Rumor that we've killed, directly or indirectly, more folks there than had been killed prior to our operations. I'm still waiting for the jury to get back on that one; I'd rather not believe such horrible rumors at all, especially unsubstantiated.

Kosovo: A woman I met here is married to a Kosovar. His father was killed and his mother fled to Switzerland. Excuse me, but did anyone see the pictures of Bosnians in Serbian concentration camps a few years ago? I did. These people looked like the Jews in Auschwitz. We should have intervened at that time. Even the French and Margaret Thatcher (already out of office) advised that we do so, but we didn't. We could have saved the horror in Kosovo if we had. But we were too wussy. That was President Bush--you know, the reptile.
