...and to all a good night - Bye everyone!

greenspun.com : LUSENET : TimeBomb 2000 (Y2000) : One Thread

Just wanted to take this opportunity to wish every one here the best before the BIG DAY.

I am not quitting the forum or anything dramatic like that I just have no faith that my PC or my ISP will survive roll-over.

So I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for the info, support and fascinating discourse.

Mostly I want to wish you all the best in the exciting days to come.

River:

Best wishes and happy times. AOL will survive, but the internet may become clunky [despite what ED says] when many avenues for transmission unplug. Will see you when they come back up.

Again, best wishes,,,

Hi River Soma:

I've read your posts with great interest -- you always had something worthwhile and interesting to say. Have you ever posted your prognostications for the new year? Would be interested if you care to share them.

Thanks for your contributions. May we all have peace, prosperity, and abundance after The Singularity -- and may we all spend January with egg on our faces....

R,

Let me know if your healer gifts ever need a real challenge. Best wishes to you and your family.

River, As more of a lurker than a contributor here, I have received more than I've given... thanks to you and many others on this forum. Thank you and best wishes as we approach the unknown.

Best regards

Best wishes to you RiverSoma if the worst comes to pass. I've enjoyed our chats. Maybe we'll get lucky and not have to deal with tax time this year! I imagine next week will be filled with nothing but good byes and good lucks. It's depressing. So, until we met again!

Take care, bright and shining wishes to you and yours!!!!

River Soma: You will be missed. Be well, and feel free to drop me an 'e' anytime :)

River Soma,

Put together your "ping" list together just in case. Otherwise, just unplug from this net and... connect with another.

;-D

Happy Holidays.

River, I have truly enjoyed our chats. I've been thinking the same way, how I'll miss all the wonderful friends I've made on this forum. I know that we will all be thinking of one another, wishing us all well. I know I will! I am so thankful for this forum and the good people who took the time to post with much useful information. I am grateful to you all. River, I know our souls will know each other should we ever meet.
