recently saw the term "pacesetter lead" on csx engine 8202 ,what did this mean,thanks again ed

It's a system installed in a few locomotives for mine runs, where the train literally moves at ft/hr while the cars pass under a flood loader. It's explained in detail on the tape CSX- SOUTHERN WEST VIRGINIA COAL by Pentrex.
