Hello my brothers in India and he got me Raw deal on SVCD and a jean cluad van damm film that is nearly 2 hours long but on 1 disc i have guessed this to be DVCD

i have a philips cdi with dv cart will the dvcd work? it says on the packaging it will i know the svcd will not work or am i wrong?
