Two reasons: 1)Even though the supplier is bound to paint a rosy picture, depending upon the way in which the questionaire is designed, it can readily paint the sender a good picture of the supplier. Not hard to tell from the responses if they are a GI or a DGI. If they are a DGI, order a ton a stuff from them before the rollover. 2)CYA
