I believe truely that the question of compliancy never existed. What we really had was some testing then some gerry riggin and bandaids. Some even put in new systems and equiptment but as to testing that they didnt. There is about a 50% failure rate in any new stuff. I bought a new computer and found that the 3.5 floopy didnt work and there were 40 bad sectors on the hard drive and the keyboard connector didnt work. Took it back got a new one and this one had the cd rom sound wire plugged in the wrong jumper.

So to test would be a waste of time because there would not be enough time to do testing again and repair or treat so we like the rest of the world is fix on failure.

Yup that is what I believe despite the spin.

Actually I had a tad of confidence in the government, untill Comrad Klintion said we were 99 percent compliant, then I really got scared. If he had said 75 or 80 percent, I could have possibly given that a bit of credit, but 99 percent, get real. Nothing is that compliant even out of the box, new, with full assurance. When you see his lips moving, you know he is not telling the truth. His past speaks for itself.
