High risk/high priority leased buildings 98% are Y2K ready (according to lessors, 80% have been independently confirmed) No products have been identified withY2K catastrophic failures.
Energy: 99% of the testing is complete and okay. Some of the small electric companies may be experiencing problems. Gas industry is reporting the same as the electric industry.
There is a concern with sewer and water, although manual overrides seem to be prevalent. There will be enough manpower available to handle problems, if any, during 12/31/99 and 1/1/2000. Virgil mentioned a list of utilities that werent compliant yet.
DC: For IT, 65% has been remediated and implemented. For non-IT, 97% remediation has been completed.

Sorry no access for me -- I just stumbled upon this doing an altavista search on +y2k +"meeting minutes", etc. Afterall more truths and info are in meeting minutes than the vetted press releases. A little trick I learned in corporate world -- FYI, most intranets have a search engine and display meeting minutes.
