Charleston,S.C. police force

Don't yell at me because this is hear say--have no reason to lie though. My best friends grandfather is a S.C. state trooper and his father is on the Charleston police force. They had a meeting with all businessmen, mayor, state rep.,bankers, utility co., and microsoft rep. Mon. in Charleston. They know the gas pumps, credit cards, atm cards, cell phones, and the cable and some dishes --WILL NOT WORK. They are uncertain about anything else--even microsoft rep. is unsure. They have not put National Gaurd on call yet because they couldn't be made to keep quite.

Sorry, I just dont buy any of this. First off how many businessmen showed up, this would be publicly known stuff if the business community came together.

The idea of all gas pumps, credit cards, atm cards, cell phones, and the cable and some dishes not working is a TEOTWAWKI scenario and very unlikely, as a matter of fact seems improbable to the point of impossible.

They didnt call up NG but they told everyone in the biz community because the NG cant keep their mouth shut, but the biz owners are some kind of "sworn to secrecy" league.

I doubt any and all of this.
