there are lots of first time homebuyer loans for everyone. FHA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac all offer first time homebuyer, as well as some of the subprime lenders. Your program will depend upon how good your credit is and not your ethnicity and color of your skin or gender. There is a law equal credit opportunity. Everything is equal for everyone. loans are supposed to be determined by your credit good luck
