Don't know what to think...finally got to see Yeltsin, looking very drunk. making his "Nukes statements" They talked a lot...but basically they said Russia doesn't really want nor can afford a war with us. Also saying the Russain army is wanting a fight with us...to prove they gonads still function or something.
