Thanks for the post Lane, even these guys are warning against individual type preps. OK for .govs to plan for the worst, but if you do, it could yadayadayada.

Notice big fat blank spots on Russia. HELLO? And of Course Kosky Says the Good Ole US is A-Okay. Why don't I feel better?

This is interesting:

"Completed Remediation Early" means the countrys average completion date on the IYCC readiness survey was before October 1999."

Does no t leave much time for testing and reworking. Also, not average so does 6/99 for one system plus 12/99 equal an average readiness of 9/99. How does one average dates?

It appears that any country that did not "Complete Remediation Early" is in serious trouble. Note many oil producers did not "Complete Remediation Early".
