What would be a good information source on December 31st to watch as the rollover occurs in other time zones across the world?

ABC is planning 24 coverage as the new year rolls across the planet. Will be interesting to see what happens as far as Y2K glitches are concerned. If the power goes down, I'm sure we'll see it live.

Fat chance you'll see anything negative on the "local snooze".This includes ABC(all but correct),CNN(clinton news network),CBS(clinton broadcasting system)and NBC(nothing but clinton)Those ATM's will work if the CEO has to pass the money through the tray himself.Gotta keep the herd from stampeding.Any error reported over seas will have 10,000,000 sheeple(minimum) checking to see if it happens here.Just believe in .gov."Hell" to the chief!

The International Y2K Cooperation Center (www.iy2kcc.org) is hosting a site, as well...

My biggest concern is a lack of ability to get in to various sites during the 22 hours or so that it will really matter. These sites will (no doubt) be overloaded! On the other hand, if areas go black, that will remove some of the pressure of people trying to get in!
