I read recently where the government of Indonesia has elected to keep their populace in the dark in regards to y2k, has anyone heard anything about how other governments are infoming their masses about y2k? Or is everyone being kept in the dark?

Yea, there are governments all over the world shouting out "Hey guys we screwed up big time, you are going to die because we were partying or getting bj's when we should have been paying attention"

How are foreign governments preparing their masses?

The most popular ways are boiled or fried.

I found it interesting to read the quotes of some officials of 3rd world countries actually state that they wouldnt tell people or its better off they dont know the truth. Some even said if they have failures and people die, so what. Many have blown it off as "We have been through outtages and problems before, we will get through this too!".

Have not seen a single country whose government simply and openly levels with their people and gets them ready. Not one. Govt does not care about the welfare of its people whatsoever.

Revolution on its way.

Masses are generally prepared by putting wine in the cruet and bread on the paten, either on a table in back of the church or on a credenza beside the altar, also a cruet of water, a bowl and a towel, lighting the candles, the hymn numbers are posted on the board, the altar cloth is clean. And you need a Catholic priest.
