Answers

I believe Bio warfare threats are real. I believe Billy Bob when he says the avg soldier wouldn't support a takeover plot against US citizens, but would protect us.

But what I don't get is why FEMA, founded as our civil defense authority, is not passing out gas masks then, like they do in Israel, since uh we have been under a state of emergy for this since 94?
