I had neve rhear dof this guy till yesterday when someone reported that he was found dead. I wouldn't have thought much about that until I also read that he had proidicted his own murder.

I read the parts of his book that were online, and found them VERY interesting and well written IMO.

I particularly liked the part about the Gun Control. There were many facts in there that I was not aware of, and really made me start thinking.

I was wondering if anyone knew of similar books this man has written that were actually published.

The material was posted by the person who is registered by the InterNIC as "Don Bradley".

While in his posting frenzy -- posting under several fake names -- he somehow neglected to mention that he is officially on record as being "Don Bradley".

I know the dead are rumored to walk the streets of Chicago on election day, but this is ridiculous.

Im not sure what is going on..all i know is that I can get there, and so can some other people apparently. I was thinking it might be a DNS problem, but if you all are getting to the 403 message, then you must be hitting the server.

I get 403 if I got to www.don-bradley.com, but If I go to that specific folder where his book is, I can get in....

I am also able to get to the website....except for the main page (www.don-bradley.com where I get the access denied message). I've known about this site for months and have never been able to get to the main page but have always been able to get to the interior pages through links.

I don't know what's going on with the connection between Rick and Don Bradley but it does sound suspicious. If they are actually one in the same then all credibility is gone as far as I'm concerned.

Ron, I really don't know what to tell you or how to prove it to you but the pages are really there.

With my IIS server here in the office, the only time I see 403 is if I forget to put in a default html file (like Index.html, Index.asp, default.htm, etc) and directory browsing is turned off. If you type an invalid page name, or have DNS trouble, you get 404

not sure what else could be happening to some people and not others.

I get a 403 if I go to a dir or a file, or to the root website. It has *nothing* to do with DNS. The server is refusing to dish up the file.

As to who "Don Bradley" is, do a whois on the domain.

Look, I do this stuff for a living, and I assure you, I *know* how to navigate to a URL.

And I assure you, that no matter *what* I *attempt* to navigate to on that server -- whether file, dir, or root web server -- it denies me access.

It's not DNS, it's not my syntax (hell, for feces and laughter I even clicked your link), and it's not me misunderstanding how to navigate to an address.

It is REFUSING to serve any content to me, and to others.

Now, you are perfectly free to call me a liar. You (or some other sockley) has already called me a fed, and FBI agent, a bastard, and "Shawn". So it's not like my shell-like ears would shatter at the word. You'd be wrong, but hey, go for it.

First we've got to determine if "Don Bradley" ever *was" "among the living" -- in some incarnation other than as a pen name.

His Main Sock seems to be very enthusiastic about posting all sorts of tripe, but somehow neglected to mention that "Don Bradley's" website is owned by Mr. Sock, and Mr. Sock has himself listed as "Don Bradley" in the InterNIC database.

And even more curious, when these telltale footprints were pointed out, Mr. Sock went ballistic, raging in full battle dress attack mode, doing everything he could to attempt to discredit the messenger.
