Tonight (12/01/99)'s Albuquerque Tribune reports that New Mexico state government is so confident about its Y2k preps that they have told the National Guard to relax. In effect, the paper said (I didn't buy it, only noted the front page), the NG has been told to go to New Year's parties and have fun. I hope govt officials are right...
