----REALLY, REALLY SUCKS, DOESN'T IT? How about it, non-conspiracy types? This REAL enough? waco not enough? How much is it gonna take? Oh, ya, "they had a bomb threat" Just like at waco it was first a "methedrine lab", whoops, that changed, then it was "reports of child abuse", whoops, that changed, then "no shots fired by..", whoops that changed, then"no military folks on the scene" whoops that changed. On and on and on. Uh-huh. Seems like anytime "they" want to do anything, all "they" need is some sort of anonymous "tip". Folks be prepared for the third reich, part two, soon to be coming to YOUR neighborhood

bytes it, big time

Public officials have been wiping their asses with the Constitution for years. No one seems to notice until it affects them personally. That's how they get by with it.

Read the whole thing. Scared, changing diaper. Really, this is bad.

Zog and Pearlie, I just love it when y'all talk dirty=O

Link is a great site for "controversial info", I recommend their photo gallery to anyone who hasn't taken the time to looksee yet. The radio broadcast is wild, Alex called the Army Thanksgiving to bi@#h them out about the 9 hour Greyhound bus seizure.

On topic, totally.

I know this is not an entirely popular view here, but for every 1 person in .gov or .mil who has malevolent intent, there are 100 who have been persuaded that it all makes "perfect sense" and is just a case of "trying to help the country" and it is "highly regrettable" when a mistake happens but we "can't go around explaining" these things because the country would "misunderstand" and then our "adversaries" would be "emboldened."

And even many of the explainers believe what they're saying. It's .... so .... reason .... "able" ....

The ignorance of us all about our Consti (hmm, better not put in the whole word because of Eche-- ;-) and the huge consequences of these incremental breakdowns of wise barriers is as flabbergasting as the events themselves.

Take a big-time look in the mirror.

Billy-Boy, are you out there? You know a lot about Ft. Hood. Your comments please?

-- silver ion (gladtobe@timid.canuck), November 30, 1999.

Don't know about bomb-threats or hostage situations but Congress HAS authorized the use of Military force in the name of 'the war on drugs'. It's how they justified .mil at Waco and it's why the Air Force is involved in drug interdiction.

Salutations all...Well on this one I'm torn. The parts that made no sense is the fact that the data sheet handed out (copy located on infowars homepage) has a date from February 22. If you read all of the three pages, it states unequivocably that the Posse Comitatus act will be obeyed unless a viable, potential and military threat to national security exists This translates to that fact that I don't think we were looking for a 'get the public used to it' search. To me it means that the locals and county mounties were tipped off to something that might have been on that bus. And for them to call in the EOD boys, it must have had them spooked real good. I know for a fact, that despite all the "Civilian Law Enforcement-Military Relations Working together" Spin it's really a bunch of horseshit. The cops, both state, county and local around Hood really take great pleasure in busting the balls of 'Joe' and saw us as a renewable sorce of cashflow for the county coffers.

The other thing that was mentioned in the press release is that

"The 47th Military EOD is the primary responder for all military, conventional explosive ordance in the continental United States. No other Agency, (including municipal or federal bomb technicians) should handle, conduct render safe procedures or dispose of any item of military ordinance."

This means that any military explosive, or conventionamunition falls under their jurisdiction, as it is military property. So, in that case, if it was a case of 'someone' having a bomb or frag on that bus, then good for the cops in having the brains to call out the pros, and you new world order kids, take your lithium, and chill out. How many times must I tell you...sheeesh.

One other bothersome thing is how every single helicopter shown/seen/described is a Black Helicopter!!! As described by infowars

"two black Blackhawk helicopters rose above the treetops and flew away. According to US Army official sources, unmarked black helicopters are only used by Special Forces.

Bullshit meter in the ten scale about now...Reason? EVERY ONE OF THE BLACKHAWKS IN THE INVENTORY APPEARS TO BE BLACK YOU IDIOTS!!! Man is it frustrating. The damned bird is named BLACKhawk for a bloody reason!!! If any of you had ever even been close to a UH-60, you would notice that the CARC (Chemical-Active-Resistant-Coating) paint is a dark powdery grayish black! Enough already! And if anyone REALLY cares to know, I've been on board both types of birds, (the regular and special ops birds,) and having been thrown out of them, fallen out of them, jumped out of them and generally lived with them, I can most catagorically state that those birds were not SF birds. (use a search under McDonnell Douglass website for the MH-60 to see the Special Ops Blackhawk)

rant off

The thing that bothers me is they didn't say what they were looking for...that makes me nervous. Ft Hood has been on Terrorist alert since last July when some nutcakes threatened to unleash anthrax in the dependant housing area ... go figure.

Billy Boy,

I know you have an "opinion" of me. I for one though, am glad your on this board.

Thanks and God bless you.

On this one I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. (I live in Waco.) If a problem exists in Temple that requires bomb squad experts, Ft. Hood is the logical resource, they are closer and able to respond much more quickly. We've got major construction on I35 between Waco and Temple, and if they tried to get the DPS squad from up here they'd be looking at delays.

Howdy....haven't read the info yet and since I'm busy putting together my 'go to ground' package, I'll keep my thoughts out of it...but...first thing that came to mind while reading is that Russia has 'lost' anout 28 backpack nukes....and what's this I'm hearing about Bin Laden? Perhaps what happened was one of those things that the general public would sh*t over if they knew the truth?

After all....the bus system IS the only national transport that you just habd them some cash and get on.....something nasty in the hold in a suitcase would never be noticed...
