where are old postings?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : TimeBomb 2000 (Y2000) : One Thread

I have seen something about the old postings being in the archives, but I can't find them. Sorry for being a dolt.

Thanks

Constance, scroll down to the bottom of the page (the page that lists all of the posts). You'll see a list of subjects. Click on any subject and you'll find the old posts. You aren't a dolt, this is how you learn. Welcome.

What I would like to see is a way to find the old postings without knowing their poster-defined categories. This site sorely need a search tool.

We'd all like a search engine Slobby, but I doubt Phil Greenspun will install the new Oracle upgrade to activate it. (The old one didn't work).

Constance,

As someone mentioned... look under the list of category headings at the bottom of the Top Level Forum page. Most recent posts are at the top of the threads.

Thanks to all of you helpful people! They were hiding in plain sight!
