By process, I assume you my husk and shell? Wait for them to fall, run them over with a car tire and break the rest with a hammer. Have gloves on or your hands will turn black. Or you can pick them, wait a year or so till they're dry them crack them by hand without your hands turning black. It worked for me two years in a row. My sister- in-law brings them up from OHIO. Try it and let me know if it works for you

My father just finished hulling 30 gals. He uses and old corn huller he bought at an auction. I have seen them at antique shops too

Rick, I think you mean corn SHELLER. We've used that, as well as the car method, which is nice, if you don't live in suburbia! Just spread the nuts in front of the garage and if you scatter them around every so often, ordinary comings-and-goings take care of it. Cracking them puppies is something else. Lehman has a tool for the job, or you can use a vise, which works better than a hammer.
