Great lighting.

It needs contrast - green grass, rocks...it's very monochromatic. Having more colors or a different angle would help.

Do you have other views of this scene you can scan and post?

Nice lighting, but I think cropping out some of the foreground improves the composition.

A similar version that you posted in Photo Critique has a much better colour balance http://www.photobitstream.com/photos/fallentree.jpg (52KB). I don't find either composition really satisfactory, but cropping most of the foreground rocks helps (IMHO).
