Within the last week there was a reference made to a solar-powered motion detector within the body of another thread on this forum (not preparing forum). I'm trying to locate a source for one and can't find the original thread. Shoulda saved it, I know. Thanks for any help ...

They are sold by Jade Mountain (www.jademountain.com). I'm not sure if they list the product on their page, but they definetely have it. It's called the Seiman's solar motion sensor (for a description and picture, go to my now defunct page, www.whitebulb.com). Their number is 1-800-442-1972. Make sure you specify RUSH delivery. Their prices are low enough that it's worth the extra money...sometimes they take forever to ship otherwise. BTW, the Seimans kicks ass...I'd get a couple if I had the money!

I've found sprinkler attached to a motion detector,..but I think it's batteries...this is on pond supply sites...agriculture sites...there may be solar ones...must do search on pond/farm supply...motion detectors....
