Kosky on the subject of Preventing Drowning:

"You're under water, you're not sure where the surface is or how far you are from it. Now, the only thing that can cause you to drown is trying to breathe. Got that?"

Wouldn't Kosky make a good guest on The Rosie O'Donnell show?

-- Butt Nugget (catsbutt@umailme.com), November 26, 1999.

Gee, if overreaction is the problem, then they should have spent 100 billion on overreaction mediation!!!!!! Is that an overreaction? I guess I'm still part of the problem......

Butt, your obssession here with Kosky is appropriate.

You and I are being set up to receive the blame when it all goes wrong...... The government and business will say: " We told you, now look what you've gone and done. We have no power, no phones, no money, no drugs and no food. We warned you and now it's all your fault!!!!"

-- UR2Blame (upower@jps.net), November 26, 1999.

Kosky,

WRONG!!

It is impossible for overreaction to sink the system. An overreaction may cause shelves to be temporarily emptied, and some people might wait in line until they are restocked, but this wouldn't "sink the system."

The only thing that would "sink the system" would be if the system was incapable of handling the load, as in under-remediation, as in not fixed, as in BROKEN, because those responsible for maintenance of the system did a HALF-ASSED JOB!! (idiot!)
