Today I received 2 pieces of mail from MBNA, the big credit card company. They had my address, but someone else's name and account number on them. I called and told the customer service rep of the error and asked her if any computer upgrades were in process as this was obviously a computer error. She replied none of which she was aware. Wonder what's going on at MBNA? Anyone else have the same experience?

Answers

I can't speak for any other financial company, but I know that MBNA started early and finished early (in terms of remediation). I believe they finished in 1998.
