Anybody remember the location for the "place to be" on-line on December 31 as the clock rolls over at different time zones so that you can monitor the situation(s)?

Time Zone Maps?

Been quick browsing but...

This is a great map, and NOT "quite" what you want. Ideally something of this quality level, showing time zones...

Info... and lame map...

Thanks DuffyO,

The Earth View map is pretty good (need an overlay of time zones)...

http:// www.jrwhipple.com/z2k/site_earthview.html

Other info on the site is useful. Like the Time Zone chart lower on the front page. Also liked the Webcam links in the various time zones.

NSmith,

I was thinking of requesting this site info, myself, as I lost it a while back. The jrwhipple site is the one you're thinking of - Zone2000

Folks, this site has people stationed in all 24 time zones who will be reporting in (real time) at the rollover. It'll be interesting to see what happens.

Here's a list of news/talk radio stations in the U.S. and around the world that can be listened to on the Net:

http://www.web-radio.com/fr_newstalk.html

These could be very useful information sources on December 31st.
