You will notice whole threads of people cheering Diane for deleting or editing those she disagrees with. I notice you haven't joined them. Could this be because clear abuse of authority isn't quite such a good idea if YOU are being abused?
It should NOT matter whether your opinion agrees with Diane's. It SHOULD matter that you be permitted to express it. Most of the simpletons are missing this point. If Diane should see the light and be "converted" to the BITR dogma, it could be THEIR posts that get modified or deleted. And I bet they'd suddenly change their mind about abuse of power real quick.

Jeezz guys, I'm just a nobody lurker, but one of the reasons I like(ed) this site was the diversity and the intelligent (sometimes ) interaction, arguments, the differences of opinion. I know that I am not alone in saying that I need to hear it ALL. Please do not treat me like Slick Willy treats the American Public. Don't make the decision FOR me on what I am allowed to hear. A previous poster used the phrase " I can step over the dogs". I have, and will continue to disregard the posting which I deem worthless. But, sorry, I am starting to feel that I am being sucked into "Pleasentville". Remember the movie? All the people talked, walked and thought alike.
