kitsape co. well we vote it in , the $30 tab's and now we here it will go to the courts to get it stoped so it seems like the vote of the people dose not really matter and the goverment will fine a way to stop it !! there is something real wrong here, what is going on ?????

This isn't news. A court challenge was expected from the beginning. That isn't socialism, it is the checks and balances of a well constructed governmental system.
