Thanks! I'm still having problems here at work (on break now)... I'm still getting the grey screen with the hang-up on downloading the last item (must be what fully launches me into the chatroom).

The way we're having Y2K glitches here at work (were remediated back in June/July) I'm surprised to be able to get online at all. (We're having plenty of computer crashes, network and server problems, and MUCH slower processing time. Welcome to state government! :-) )

I'll try again, later on tonight.
