Are commercial vehicles included or excluded? We could use the extra $s for health care coverage for employees. Need to know before we commit.

As I understand it; commercial cars, motorcycles, motorhomes and SUV's are included. If you are talking about trucks, private or commercial still pay tonnage like before.
