Kosky has learned 'Clintonspeak' well...A bump in the road can be one mile high...It's all a matter of what 'is' is...

I HAVE learned "Clintonspeak". Basically, you just apply the same rule to anything he happens to say as you would to someone addicted to a seriously illegal drug: "If his lips are moving, he's lying.". Really helps you tell what's B.S. and what's not. Think of it as a logical corollary to "Never believe anything until it's been officially denied.".

On a related subject, I like to use this sentence with DGIs who are not widely read, but are at least occasionally capable of using logic: "Y2K will be no big deal the same way he was never alone with 'that woman'.". Implied: If he could lie about THAT, then what about THIS... You should see their eyes get wide, as they contemplate A) the possiblity that Y2K might be for real, and B) what they may be facing [with no preps].

Y2K isn't going to screw us completely, but it's really going to suck?
