From what I saw during all this, Gov.Locke had no comment on I-695 and stated he will follow the peoples Will. I see I-695 as the People saying, Enough. This is what we want and instead of being told how it is by a select few, you will do what we want. Do you think that Gov. Locke will be seen by the voters in a better light by his actions?

Hes popularity will skyrocket, with the help of the liberal media he and other democrats will be glorified as saving the state during the budget crisis (the 2% cut).
