gov't orgs require info from banks who bid for their deposits

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Fair Lending : One Thread

Recently the county hospital board in El Paso, Texas, required banks bidding for its deposits to provide certain information regarding employment, fair lending and charitable activity. The City of Tucson did the same in 1997. Do you know of other examples of gov't orgs that require CRA type info from banks?
