navy report from 11/3

greenspun.com : LUSENET : TimeBomb 2000 (Y2000) : One Thread

i was looking over the most recent report and noticed a few things. 1) C now equals "compliant or assurances received"...assurances received?? no wonder practically everthing looks compliant. 2) several regions have no listing for partial failure of sewer systems; the boxes are just empty.(?) anybody more brilliant than i have any good comments? (tin-foil donned...flame on)

has anyone else noticed that column R of this spreadsheet is HIDDEN? Open the document with Excel, manually go to cell R1 via the cell selector in the upper left, and unhide the column from the menu. There are 3s and 1s beside of the sewer columns. This column is also hidden in the 9/2 report.

YES!!!! I saw that. There was also an earlier thread posted on that very subject '' Hidden Column of Threes" . I thought it was good smoking gun evidence.
