I keep running out of memory when editing S-Mart in Notepad. I have to stop, save the file, exit the program then reload it, open the file again and edit for maybe a line at most then I get the out of memory message and have to repeat the entire process.

Should I get rid of some of the program modules like tracking and currency since I do not use them anyway? If so will this hurt the program?

I have looked at the file in MSWord2000 and it does not look right. Wordpad actually looks great but I am worried about making changes to the script and having it not function properly. Does anyone know if Wordpad adds hidden characters, formatting, etc.? How should I save files edited in Wordpad (rich text, text, etc)?
