I don't know where you live but we are having record breaking temperatures here. Normal high is 22. This week temps will be in upper 60's to low 70's.

Sure am glad to see a lot of folks saving some money on heating their homes. ....Now if this weather would continue for about 6 months. :)

That's a nice thought, and I wish it were true, but I'm afraid this weather is CAUSED by the oil companies, it's not intended to punish them. It's called Global Warming, and the unusual weather is nature's revenge on ALL of us for poisoning Mother Earth.

In the long run people will not save money because of this, because the oil companies will not lose money. They have very nearly monopolized the business of supplying for your energy needs, which means they can raise prices to compensate for periods of lower sales.

What type of vehicle do you own?

When it's time to take you to the hospital, will you refuse to go in an ambulence, preferring the carriage?

Folks, there are ways to make carbon based fuels cleaner and the oil industry is moving toward them, but this is def. OT.

You may be in a horse buggy sooner than you'd like.

I purchased my 55 gal. metal drum today. You can bet I'm not planning to store horse feed in it.
