Answers

The ititiative was specific about SUV's cars, motorcycles, and motorhomes. Things like trailers, campers, boats, trucks, off road, etc. may be addressed in the provisions repealed by reference to their code citation. This is going to be part of some court case, about the fact that the meaning of the initiative is at least unclear.
