Hello,

Looking for recommendations on a good editing software package that can output in DV format (so I can put finished work back to DV tape) as well as MPEG 1 & MPEG 2.

Maybe these need to be separate packages??? How about just a good DV to MPEG software package?

I already have a couple of 450MHz Pentiums with nice FC hard drives and IEEE 1394 interfaces. I also have the IEEE 1394 digital video camera. (I know that the MAC world will tell me to just burn it all and start over with a MAC... but I got to use what I got...)
