Based on the suggestions from this group we have downloaded Nero to eliminate the "folder" problem we are having with EZ CD Creator delux.

Now that we have Nero installed...the "Write CD" remains ghosted ONLY in the when attempting to burn a VCD. (Yes, it does recognize the CDR and yes the MPEG1 file meets White Book standards) The only thing left is that maybe it acts funny in NT 4.0 Service Pac 4.0..?
