I have heard there is to be a revision of the Washington State License plat to make minor cosmetic changes. The cost of re-tooling I am not sure of the figure but I think it is to be $33M and the changes will only put both tabs on one side and things like that. We could save lots of money on that thing???!!!!!!!!

I heard the same thing. The cost (as I remember) was 30plus MILLION dollars.

Just another "essential" budget item that can't be cut.
