Lawsuit time

greenspun.com : LUSENET : I-695 Thirty Dollar License Tab Initiative : One Thread

Now it is time for some lawsuits on:

1. Trying to change the state constitution via initiative. (Oops!)

2. Trying to include 2 issues in one initiative. (Oops.)

3. Backing out of bonds already sold on the pretense that they would be paid back out of MVET. (Oops.)

4. And a few other issues that somebody forgot to check when they wrote the initiative.

5. I should be able to buy a new Lamborghini with my legal fees REGARDLESS of the temporary relaxation of car tab fees. (tee-hee!)

Answers

1. Please tell us mr esquire where it changes the Constitution? 2. Only Bills presented by Representative and Senators must have only one item of issue. 3 Bonds should never have been underwritten by MVET in the first place since the excise was to be paid by those in Commerce ONLY and NOT the general motorists. 4. Please enlighten me on these "other" issues, the issues are the problem because of pettifoggers like yourself. 5. I pray your lamborgini or ?? purchased on the backs of hard working people gives you nothing but headaches.
