Any information about foreign troops is unadultarated bullshit. We don't need any additional rumours about this sort of crap floating around. There is no vast supply of troops out there from a "Compliant UN or someother compliant country" They don't exist.

I'd be interested in the proofs that anything "don't exist." There is quite a bit of evidence that garden plot exists.

Don't get us wrong, Gardenplot does exist as an operation. It involves a whole host of unpleasent things already discussed earlier today on another thread. But it does not involve foreign troops.During a martial law "event" Constitutionally, the highest legal authority is the Governor. FEMA is planning on events to happen in each of the 54 states and territories, however, this won't be "national"- Ther definition not ours. This is how the sell is going to take place to John Q. Public.

Yes...Gardenplot exists. I have a copy. Nothing in there about foreign troops, sounds pretty innocuos, but any FEDERAL plan of this nature violates posse comitatus, and that is inarguable.
As far as the foreign troops go, we have them all over the place as we speak. We also gave a base in New Mexico to the Germans, where THEIR flag flies. This was done under the current administration, treasonous as they are. We've also signed an "open skies" treaty with various other countries, which is an abomination to the constitution. You remember the constitution don't you? (CLUE: the document that so much blood has been spilled for.)
If what is going on politically in this country right now doesn't bother you... you don't deserve to be called an American.

With less than 200 days until the turn of the millennium, it is now recognized that not all Y2K problems will be identified and remedied before the deadline. Priority is therefore given to mission-critical operations of the Organization to ensure that they can be operational after 1/1/ 2000, irrespective of outside constraints.
Since February of this year, with the assistance of a specialized vendor, we have conducted a Year 2000 Risk Assessment Study. The first phase of the study, the Inventory Phase was completed in March 1999, and the second phase (Risk Assessment) will be completed at the end of June. In addition, we are also following up with software and hardware vendors to obtain Y2K compliance certifications of their products.
With respect to embedded systems/microprocessors, we have written to all our business partners, service and infrastructure providers in February 1999 to request certificates of compliance of all equipment, systems and services and requesting assurance that in case they were not Y2K compliant that the supplier/service providers are taking the necessary actions to achieve Y2K conformity and have a contingency plan to resolve any problem. As of the date of this report, about half our business partners responded. We have also organized a half-day seminar with our major vendors on 25 May 1999. We have also completed an assessment study of all embedded building equipment and systems, floor by floor, building by building. Detailed contingency plans in the facilities management area have being finalized at the end of May. Testing will take place from 15 June to 31 July 1999. Required staff were informed to avoid, to the extent possible, scheduling vacations between 20 December 1999 through 7 January 2000.

Folks, I plan on greeting the military who WILL be nessessary in the event that serious y2k disruptions happen,with open arms,These are our sons and daughters that have sworn to defend all of us and our way of life.some of the more frightened people of this forum may disagree but I'll bet that the first military relief convoy that arrives with potable water and mre's will be greeted with open arms.Can you imagine fractionally staffed police dealing with bread riots? I personally watched things calm in Little Rock and Detroit when we (the 82nd and 101st ABN DIVISIONS made our presidentially mandated visit to those locations! I'm with C4i on this; the government is going to be busy holding itself together and probably going after only the most immediate and real threats. They won't be stupid enough to provoke a revolution by persecuting people for their religious beliefs or confiscating weapons, even if they could.

This is part of what we know:.gov is stockpiling fuel. Three Comm satetllites will fail. The intercoastal waterway will be shut down except for food and fuel. All those MRE's in Missouri are being stockpiled near Silver Dollar City, there is a huge hardened complex there. .mil understands the interconnected threat. Dr. Gordon is right about .oval office, clueless. Forget about the Germans in New Mexico, think about the Mexicans in Southwest US. Let's see about this and try to do it in order.
1) Yes there are foreign troops training on US bases all of the time. As a matter of fact that happens to be why the 33 that were killed were on the 767 last week. They were going home after some armor trqaining IIRC.
2) Yes the German flag DOES fly over a small portion of a base in the US, as a kluge to allow the Germans to train at RED FLAG and TOPGUN with US pilots. German constitution requires all training to be done on (or based from German Diplomatic territory) so we set up the kluge/ruse. BFD!
Ref 1 & 2: If you were to be assigned to fight in Europe against (_______) (fill it in) and side by side with (_________) (fill THAT one in) you would REALLY like to have SOME mutual understanding of how each other flys and or fights on the ground. Simple self preservation. ( THere's also alittle bit of PSYOPS brecause you are THEORETICALLY working with/against the best of the best from each service)
3) It's Posse Commitatus. TRY to look like you MIGHT have a clue. (In the words of a VERY famous coach to a showboating rookie "Try to look like you've been in the end zone before.")

6) CD POTUS does NOT need to know ALL of the details of the options planned ahead of time. As a mater of fact and simple expediency, the USUAL system is to present the options AT THE TIME OF NEED, rather than burdening him with the details when they aren't necesary for the woirk at hand. It amazes me why some of you act like such children in reading c4i's posts... most of what they have always stated can be easily confirmed on many fronts & sources..Fuel.. hello folks.. just look at their industry magazines & reports.. how about the well published & senate testimony by The World Bank & all the research they have done on this.. they all state the same thing.. our fuel that come from S. America will be dead.. the tankers have some embedded chip problems.. most ALL deep water oil drilling platform communities will be SOL... It has been stated by many agencies reports to each other to prepare for rationing.. this is a no brainer folks... store gas & use a presevative (that can be easily bought @ Kmart, Walmart, Target or autosupply stores). Have all relatives & friends you care for have some gas stored on hand to get them to a safe/stocked place if needed.

Major media personalities.. foriegn diplomats, not to mention all the mafia families in the DC area. show & tell for some kids would be the home movies of one kids dad on his trip to the Great wall of China w/ Nixon.. It was common to have the FBI call or knock on your door to do a background check on anyone your family knew or just happened to live near, or once dated. How about as college kids hanging out in the Georgetown bars where the new "agents" would do drills/training pretending to guard or follow someone. That your friends or dates who were agents warned you early on that most of the old US twenties etc.. were all conterfeit.. note the reason for the strips insertion & then the new plates all together (the new big face 1's are to come out later this month)
