Since State Republicans backed I 695, How can they allow more waste of money from the state to challenge it?

That is plain B.S.!!!!! NO politician was behind I-695. Did you watch Governor Locke's address yesterday about the passing of this? God he pisses me off. Your telling me that they don't get enough money already?? Look at your PROPERTY TAX and see how much money goes to roads and Fire/Police departments. I payed the company's property tax for October and you would be surprised how much we REALLY pay!

However, state Republicans *are* going to be hurting, because I doubt Boeing, Microsoft, or anybody else of that magnitude will be giving them any soft money for the forseeable future.....

I meant Washington State Republicans NOT Democrats. I am positive I read an article in the Journal American a few weeks before the election that stated they backed 695.

Lefty, You should offer to pay the full 2% for your tabs next year. If you don't drive a car, you should offer to pay a full bus fare so the rest of us do not have to subsidize you and your take from us buddies.
