I too must recommend you do not buy an expensive item from someone with no feedback. Looking at this presentation it uses graphics from the Kodak Web site - and the story sounds a bit fishy to me. It doesn't make sense in my mind that the person purchased it for a friend who already had one. You don't spend that kind of money on a friend unless you know them pretty darned well - and if you know them that well, and you know they are interested in digital photography, then you would most likely know thay already have one.
My advice is to look elsewhere.
