XEROX Shooting..

greenspun.com : LUSENET : TimeBomb 2000 (Y2000) : One Thread

In what police have called the worst mass killing in the history of Hawaii, Uesugi allegedly burst into the second floor conference room with a 9-mm handgun and targeted seven male members of a technical group that he once worked with, a fire department spokesman said. The men were in a meeting when the shooting occurred, Andy DeLeon, a Xerox employee, told reporters. http://foxnews.com/js_index.sml?content=/national/110299/xeroxshooting.sml

Way OT... Not only OT, but also a duplicate... Please note that it is common practice on this forum to begin each non-Y2K related subject with the the two character phrase "OT". If you beleive there is a connection, please note the connection in the body of the text. Please do not assume that all the old folks will just "get it". We won't all understand the reference to Y2K unless explicit. At this point, I am only hoping my comments will forestall such a waste of my time in th future.

Sincerely,

You're surprised to see a *duplicate* post regarding the event at *XEROX*?

Me, I'm waiting for the flood of "copycat" jokes to start rolling off the presses.

They are saying now it wasn't seven people who were killed but just one guy who was copied over six times.

When the cops arrived this was overheard:

"Bag 'em Danno"
