Forget Cremolina. Get KAMUT: go search it. A half dozen websites: you want the grain not hte city in Hungary. This amazing cereal is the only grain that is covered by copyright, I believe. More nutritious than anything, better tasting than a bowlful of Cream of Wheat with butter and sugar -- this has it all. Gotta get some.
