I getting this error message when defining a data source in DTS package designer

------------------------------------------------------------------ HResult of 0x8004005(-2147467259) returned Unexpected error occurred. An error result was returned without an error message. -------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm getting the data from over the network and I get this when defining an Access DB and a Lotus Notes DB as the data source. Any advice or suggestions?

Really lame error message!

Just a stab in the dark. This could (possibly) be a permission problem. Check out the NT account that the SQLServerAgent service is using.
