Hello All,

A new article titled, "Are they Really Done?" is posted on my website at:

www.JimLord.to (click on (What's New")

A brief response to those who call these postings "self-promoting."

There are many on this forum who wish to be informed when my articles go up.

There are many postings here I don't read because they don't interest me. If you can't stand me, don't read me or my posts.

Get over it.

Thanks,

Jim Lord

Jim,

Thanks. You don't need to justify yourself to our infestation of pathetic creeps and disruptors.

You're a hero around here; keep posting, we need you.

Thank You Mr. Lord. I really do appreciate the work you do. There are those who for what ever reason DGI. They appear to be the majority most days. We have to "detach"/"ignore" their senseless rambling. I can read the terror in some, who don't know how to handle reality and it is easier still to see that some are there to discourage and try to turn our heads. "We shall never, ever give up", Sir Winston Churchill. I believe he had the right message. Your postings and research have lead my dear friend Pete S. to encourage his daughter and her new husband to move back to South Dakota, from Central Florida. Thank You! I believe you have done a heroic thing in tackeling Y2K and those who would cover it up for their own selfish gain. Thanks again. Steve V.

I greatly appreciate your efforts. And look forward to your postings.

I admire your determination and spirit...

God willing there should be many more like you.

Jim,

I also appreciate your articles and will welcome any mention you make of something new. I admire your courage and level headed way of dealing with this whole issue. I have seen you on some of the video clips from time to time and you always handle yourself very professionally. You took on a real Hobbs Choice when you decided to dig into the more difficult side of reporting on Y2k news.

Jim;

Thought provoking.

Given that some/many/a few/all will not be ready for 01/01/2000 it seems reasonable to expect some major players to implement their contingency plans prior to rollover.

One example: To avoid gridlock in settling foreign exchange/Letters of Credit; International Monitoring recently testified that major global banks may delay Forex trading until it is tested and known which banks are compliant. This action appears that it will stymie trade and weaken the US Dollar. If Letters of credit are delayed, than the movement of trade goods could be slowed. If the US dollar is made more difficult to exchange, than other nations's banks may seek to increase their holdings in their own currency (especially in light of other nation's domestic liquidity demands).

If these contingency plans are implemented as a pre-emptive action prior to 12/31/1999 they may compound any Y2K snafu. Based on contingencies being implemented prior to 12/31/1999, it seems that the probability for Y2K to equal the BITR is zero.

Jim, I really am grateful for your courage to bring us the truth. I've quoted you time and again in my talks on Y2K. I do not think your views are extreme at all.

Jim,

When you posted the findings from the US Navy and were attacked by the polly's and the uninformed, I couldn't believe it. Every negative thing that was said about you was felt by myself and some of my associates. Keep going Jim. History will prove you right!

When our 'trusty leaders' are being remembered for hiding the truth that caused the disasters which could have been avoided, you will be remembered as the brave voice that spoke out in defiance of their silence and warned America. Keep on keeping on!
