If he can't kill morale by deploying WAY past the reasonable levels in WAY too many places ("We'll do it somehow, boss" "Alright you worms, stand up and move out!!"), or by using up the stock of munitions ("how many of those Cruise Missle thingies do we have left, Huh??"), he'll make em guinny pigs and see how many die, or maybe how many he gets to throw in jail, to trim the ranks.

SOMEONE has GOT TO rein in this TOTALLY UNCONTITUTIONAL ACTIVITY!! NOT ONLY is it unconstitutional, through the atrition (retirement, prosecution, and debilitation), he's actively reducing the country's ability to defend itself. "to protect against all enemies Foreign and Domestic" and he's making it so we can't protect ourselves against a tinpot regime in Outer NewVonia.

This MAY ACTUALLY come down to the citizen militia manning the battlements. PRAY to GOD this does not happen, for if it does, there will be NO separation of sons and non-combatant daughters. WE will ALL be combatants, sons, daughters, fathers, mothers, grandparents, ALL!

AND the GENEVA CONVENTIONS will be asswipe, much as the Constitution is becomming. I GUARANTEE if I fire in anger at a non-US uniform, the round WILL be a "dumdum" round. Little tiny hole in my side, drive a truck out the other side as his life runs out onto the ground.

to quote Thomas A` BECKET: "Won't someone relieve me of this troublesome priest?!?!"

This could be a way to select out those personnel who are unwilling to blindly follow orders.

I'm a regular on the formum, and don't be fooled by the story. The -whole- Army isn't all going along with this. Our PA in our unit had a simple rule of "he pretends to inject us, we pretend to be innoculated."

From what I heard from one of my medic bros, the NCOIC of the Medical Detachment, who retired shortly after this (not forced, he served 25+ years), figured he'd be damned if he gave out this "untested crap to the troopies." So from what I heard, he 'replaced' most of the vaccine w/ H2O, and set it up so that the guys who actually wanted the vaccine got it, and the rest who didn't got the placebo. We all took a shot, but mostly it was by personal preference. He figured that since he was getting out, why poison us, or force an issue that's cooked many a career? He figured either way that if the Anthax hits, the NBC training would be the deciding factor on who lived or died, and left it up to the individual whether they wanted the shot or not. After, rumor has it, that only 20 or so guys actually took the 'real shot' out of approx. 400+ guys. Mostly the officers, field grade and above went through and got the real deal, (as it was they were kept out of the loop on this, or we'd ALL get fried) All of the guys who got the shot have it on record that we took it. Now maybe this'll skew the overall impact of the 'look no one here got sick' charting, but better to throw a crimp in the works, and keep our asses healthy then to get our collective careers detonated by the Dictator in Chief. So take heart y'all, not all our guys are gonna get f*cked over in this. Where there's a will, theres a way.

You're right. Don't wanna piss you off any more than you are already.

BUT -- Thomas Becket was the "troublesome priest" that Henry II wanted to get rid of, at least in his cups. History tells us they were two loose cannons: Becket had a weird martyr complex, Henry had a violent temper, bad combination, big drama, brains splattered onto cathedral floor, etc.etc.

BTW, Why hasn't anyone put a bullet into Bill's head yet? Must be an awful lot of people longing to do so, even among his personal body-guard.

Just out of curiosity, is this the first time an agent provocateur has posted here?

It doesn't even make sense from a strategic viewpoint. If foreign militaries or terrorists know that our entire armed forces are innoculated against anthrax, for instance, why would they use anthrax against our troops?

-- (RUOK@yesiam.com), October 26, 1999.

I think you're overreacting. War is hell, remember? Even though its been dumbed down by gays, witches, and babes as Jim Lord says, it is still an institution whose primary mission is to fight to the death to preserve our country. Greenspan may have "licked inflation", but I don't think anyone's eliminated warfare.

Desert Storm proved that being in the military, even the Reserves, can be deadly. The decisions that are being made to inoculate for anthrax may be justified by classified information. The EO is probably meant to convince our enemies that we will be relentless in our pursuit of defenses against any new biological and chemical toxins that are brought into the ring.

Note to federal, state, and local pigs: This doesn't apply to anyone or any entity in particular:

The more of an a*hole, busybody, meddler, tyrannical ... a person or entity is, the more enemies will accrue. The more enemies, the higher the likelihood of one deciding to do something about the source of their emnity.

What a wonderful way to thank the men and women who have already agreed to risk their lives for this country. They may not even need to see a battlefield to do so. Swipe of the pen, law of the land. Great.

Night Train,

This is nothing new, actually... I have a copy of a .gov policy signed by JFK back in the '60's, Directive #7277, which has been our policy since then to reduce our military simutaneously with the Soviets, (why do we still honor treaties with a USSR that no longer exists?), whereby we give over our forces and armaments to the UN. This is not "conspiracy theory" as I only deal in that which I can personally document. I also have a copy of operation "Garden Plot" that I've seen mentioned on this forum. I have the USAF version, and to even contemplate such action is in violation of US law.

Join the club 'ol buddy... I've been p*ssed for some time. The very terminology of conspiracy "THEORY" is a tool of the extreme left in this country to marginalize those that do their homework and know what these traitors are up to.

Do you all really believe the militia showed up in this country becase a bunch of overgrown adolescents wanted to run around in the woods and play army?! These people have done the serious political study required to know what the score truly is, and when idiots believe the Dan Blathers of the world, it shows that they are too lazy to check out what is really going on. If this describes you, (not necessarily you, Train), then congratulations... you've just been promoted to "Useful Idiot."

McCarthy was RIGHT!!!
