And yet another (for independent/solar/wind/renewables is found at:

http://www.homepower.com

Current issue of the print magazine is available for free download plus we've posted the most popular articles from the last 13 years there recently as well. Lots of links too.....DCK

P.S. And admittedly I work with these folks and publish a series of CDROMs on solar power....I might not be too objective here

That mildura.net site is about perpetual motion machines, running your car on water, etc. Don't bother.

Actually, it is an interesting hodgepodge of reality and rediculous. It has a small wind turbine setup almost like the pico power turine on the home power site. It has an article on the mintos' machine. Neither of these is a "free energy" machine, just un-orthodox forms of wind and solar power. Both of these machines are very slow moving, because the source power is slow moving. Proper utilization of the output requires a custom generator to give any appreciable power because the standard motive force for generators is fast-moving combustion power. Without the custom power conversion, they seem rather useless.

Other items descried on this site I can be much less charitable with...
