why the donation check requirements?

I wanted to donate to the yes side of the bill. But to my dismay, and possibly that of the "pro" side,I will not give if I am required to give the name and address of my employer.. i checked and found that the anti side doesn't require such disclosure,at least on the surface. If this is ,in fact ,true.. Does that not constitute an act of discrimination.

If I'm not mistaken, the disclosure requirements are the same for BOTH sides, and are set forth both in law and by the state's Public Disclosure Commission, with very few exceptions. In other words, the anti side would be asking for that information at some point as well.
