Lots of Y2K last minute testing goin' on this week and next. Morgan Stanley is _deep_ in the test phase two right now. Possibly having an effect? anyone else know?

Now is a good time for the "on-line" brokerage firms to have "planned problems". It keeps clueless finger-happy day traders from screwing up the market even worse......not a mistake
